Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery of a project milestone. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. You may request credit toward another service, subject to availability. Certain bespoke engagements are no refunds due to dedicated resource commitments, as stated in the relevant agreement.

4.2 Info Products

Digital items are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 30 percent of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. On request, partial credit toward other products may be provided.

4.3 Physical Goods

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. You may also choose a replacement item or credit toward other goods.

AutoOBrain may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
